Tossing Potatoes: Culinary Program Open

The culinary program at Florida State College needed an opening sequence for a series of tutorials.  This is a behind-the-scenes look at how the sequence was shot by tossing all kinds of kitchen stuff at a green screen.

In the end the potatoes worked best, but not before I duplicated the toss in post and had the potatoes fly in from both the bottom of the screen and from the top.

No vegetables were injured in the making of this production.
